The Farmstead

Where our 3 main principles of Conservation, Regenerative Agriculture and Stewardship Thrive.

Conservation

The farmstead, nestled between Steamboat Springs and Clark, Colorado encompasses over 630 acres of meadows, irrigated pasture, diverse sagebrush and native forest. Over 440 acres are under a conservation easement, protecting and preserving the native landscape for years to come.

Regenerative Agriculture

We raise hair sheep and lowline cattle that thrive on 100% grass-fed and finished diets on our diverse rangeland. Intensive rotational grazing practices are used to enhance the health of our pasturelands, while keeping our animals healthier and on the best feed the land has to offer.

Stewardship

We believe in the integrity of the landscape and our stewardship of this land focuses on seeing the ecosystem as a whole and as an integral part of a larger system. We do not use herbicides or pesticides and instead use organic and regenerative practices on our land to increase the overall health of our land and the animals we raise.
