This box features a variety of some of our favorite beef cuts. We have two box sizes to choose from:
Small Box
1 beef arm roast (approx. 4 lbs)
3 1lb packages of ground beef
3 packages of beef short ribs (approx. 1lb each)
2 beef sirloin steaks (approx. .6 to .8lbs each)
Medium Box
2 beef arm roasts (approx. 4 lbs each)
8 1lb packages of ground beef
4 packages of beef short ribs (approx 1lb each)
4 beef sirloin steaks (approx. .6 to .8lbs each)
