Whole Lamb Pre-Order
This is a pre-order for whole lamb that will be heading to the processor at the end of November. We will have your meat ready to pick-up or deliver to you by early December. A whole lamb is approx. 40-50lbs of meat and you will receive the USDA cuts packaged and frozen. You will receive our standard, most popular and loved lamb cuts: ground lamb, bone-in lamb chops, Frenched rack of lamb, bone-in shoulder roasts, lamb shanks, and boneless leg roasts.
Your pre-order secures your order and once we receive the meat back from the processor we will contact you to organize pick-up from the farm or delivery straight to your door.
